Ample Agriculture today announced the appointment of Ken Quick as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding founding CEO Mark Smith, PhD. Quick brings more than a decade of leadership experience across agriculture, animal nutrition, and global feed additive markets.

Ample Agriculture announced that it has been selected for Stage 1B of the Agricultural Methane Reduction Challenge (AMRC), an initiative funded through Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, and in partnership with Impact Canada, an initiative of the Privy Council Office. The award includes funding of $300,000 CAD for Stage 1B, on top of the $153,000 CAD awarded in Stage 1A, and the opportunity to compete for up to $1.5 million CAD in future stages of the challenge.
